I’m Khalil Nawwar, cofounder of BINACON—a project management company built to protect the owner’s vision, time, and investment.

After 11+ years in the construction industry—managing multimillion-dollar projects, coordinating teams of over 150 workers, and overseeing everything from raw concrete facades to world-class medical faculties—I realized something: too often, owners are left navigating complexity without a true ally.

That’s where BINACON comes in.

We don’t just manage construction—we represent the client’s best interest at every phase. From budgeting and planning to execution and handover, BINACON stands on-site and behind the scenes to ensure that nothing is lost in translation—not quality, not time, and definitely not the owner’s rights.
